Proper preparation is the foundation of a long-lasting epoxy floor.

• Mechanically grind the concrete to ensure strong adhesion

• Repair cracks, pits, and surface imperfections & perform moisture testing when needed

1. Primer Coat – Promotes superior adhesion

2. Base Coat – Adds color and system thickness

3. Broadcast Layer (for flake systems) – Adds texture and strength

4. Topcoat – Seals the floor and provides chemical, UV, and abrasion resistance

After installation, we complete a final inspection to ensure your floor meets our quality standards and your expectations.

• Light foot traffic: 12–24 hours

• Vehicle traffic: 48–72 hours

• Full chemical cure: 5–7 days
